  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order number & details of the problem

Resolution Process (Only for Damaged/Wrong Product)

  • Review of your request: 2–3 working days

  • If approved:

    • Replacement will be shipped, or

    • Refund will be initiated

  • Total processing time: 5–7 working days


 Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations allowed only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
