Order Processing & Dispatch

For Regular (In-stock) Orders:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.

• Depending on your location and payment mode, dispatch may take up to 3–4 working days.

• If we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 working days, it will be automatically cancelled, and you will be notified via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

For Pre-Orders:

• Pre-order items are specially made or sourced and take approximately 30–45 working days for dispatch.

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.

🚛 Delivery Timeline

Domestic (Within India):

• Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–7 working days based on your location.

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days

• Tier 2 & Rural areas: 5–9 working days

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide via reliable international courier partners.

• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 10–21 working days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier timelines.
